How it is made:

Once the production request is done upon your order, this is how your shoes are going to be made:

It takes about 1 day for a molding technician to cut the leather according to the pattern and cut. Then it takes about 1 to 2 days for upper work such as sewing and attaching decorations to the cut leather.
Put shoe last on leather and shape, add line core. Bottom work on shoes to finish, such as window spikes after steam work will take about 1 to 2 days.
1~2 days of the process of assembling accessories for the finished shoes and inspection of the completeness and quality of the shoes

* Please note that Giclee is a highly crafted made-to-order golf shoe- handmade in Korea and internationally shipped. So please allow us 15 days to deliver at your door.

Size:

*Women's shoes run true to size. Recommended the same size as the sneakers you normally wear.

*Men's shoes size can run slightly big. Please choose smaller size if you are in between sizes.

Know before purchase:

We believe that every customer deserves special attention, for us that means that a pair of shoes is made for that particular person. Since Giclee is made-to-order shoes, we want you to make firm decisions without "try and return mind" when purchasing.

-Returns are accepted only if the shoes are defective.
-Due to negligence or wear and tear after trying will incur a charge such as a restocking fee.
-In any case of a return, we only accept that if the shoes are in their original condition, including the original box and dust bags, and must be completely unworn with no vamp mark.
-The Cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility as the import taxes on the case are due.
