This beautiful fascinator is perfect for the Conservancy Luncheon or any Horse Racing event. The base is a small, black straw beret blocked on one of our vintage blocks. The beret is adorned with ivory silk abaca with faux orchids nestled atop. We love face veils as they give an air of mystery and sexiness. The final touch is a black ostrich quill. The hat is one size fits all and comes with a hat elastic to be worn to the back of your head. This will keep your hat in place and cocked at the perfect angle. All hats are made to order.
